We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Enquiries & leads: retained for up to 2 years after your last interaction, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
  • Active clients: retained for the duration of our relationship and for any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes thereafter.
  • Marketing subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
